Energy Transference Rank 2 now lists as "(alternate)" with the leech thing. Does this mean that the original use to give other people En is meant to still exist, or was the word "alternate" accidentally left in place?

That shouldn't have been left in. It will be removed in the patch. We caught a number of small things that were missed or need to be fixed.
