Where is the Hands for the Future headquarters or main office located?

Are there branch offices in most major cities?

I haven't seen any specific location, but based on the organizations that were instrumental in forming Hands for the Future (from the Handbook), it seems reasonable to assume that HQ would be in the US? Or at least North America?

I've played with the idea that they are a lot like the Red Cross, one of the organizations that helped found it, with offices in most major metro areas, out reach programs, etc.
